Mulready Letter Sheet – 1840 – one penny (1d) black on cream – A244. The letter sheet is in fine used condition. When the letter sheet was opened, a “tab” was torn away by the seal – the tab remains attached to the seal. The letter sheet travelled from London to Dublin. Quite remarkable condition for its 183 years. Designer: William Mulready RA. Please see attached pictures for condition and contact me if you need more information.
