Letters I &B in bottom corners along with stage 2’O’ flaw for this plate 10 clearly visible. P10 penny blacks are very rare stamps. With the Brown MX cancel it makes this an extremely rare example, with brown unlisted in SG catalogue, although mentioned in the UK Warwick and Warwick PB Stamp Guide shown.
